THRALL/GLORIANNA: 'THE OBJECT OF MY POSSESSION' by Walter Sablotny III
A few quick notes about the script: This script was originally done as a cross-over between my THRALL character and J.Kevin Carrier's small press mainstay GLORIANNA. In the THRALL continuity it is supposded to happen after the events in the first mini-series that is currently in re-production.
The story centers around THRALL teleporting herself inadvertantly to GLORIANNA's future time line, where she loses control of SKAR, the demon who is trapped inside her sword. One of SKAR's powers is the ability to possess the body of it current wielder, fueling the possession by using the hosts life essence. The only check to SKAR's possession ability is the fact that THRALL can not be possessed by the demon, and as long as THRALL carries the sword, it is trapped.
To basically cap off the story without giving away much more, after THRALL loses SKAR the story then revolves around GLORIANNA begrudgingly teaming up with THRALL to recapture the maniacal demonic force by giving THRALL physical ownership of the sword again.
PAGE ONE

PANEL ONE:
ESTABLISH the sprawling remnants of what once was a modern prison complex atop a hill looking over rolling fields of lush greenery. The walls of the ruins are all decrepit and overgrown with thick vegetation. The walls surrounding the perimeter of the complex can still be seen to varying degrees. These are the ruins of what was CARANDIRU, the scene of the first THRALL story arc. The residual Eldritch energies from events during the storyarc have poisoned the land even into GLORIANNA'S future timeline. Lightning dances violently from cloud to cloud in the NIGHT SKY.
PANEL TWO:
In a FULL SHOT we see the sky spew forth a gigantic bolt of lightning, striking the ruins with enough force to light up the surrounding area. We also see a couple of decayed walls crumble and debris from the blast scatter across the scene.
1.SFX: KRAKKA-BOOM
PANEL THREE:
From a LONG DOWNSHOT (full body in view)we see that the lightning has deposited a special payload into the scene. Show THRALL in silhouette only lying sprawled out on the ground where the lightning struck. SKAR is lying amidst the rubble, stuck in a broken wooden table top. Several small fires also burn in the surrounding area, a reault of the fierce lightning strike.
